Greenfield Community League is be looking to elect the following positions to our Executive at our
Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2012.

Treasurer
The Treasurer has the task of monthly bank reconciliations, bank deposits, bill payments, keeping our by-laws and Corporate Registry up to date and reporting to the board on current financials. The Treasurer is involved with submitting community grants and is also required to do payroll for our Tennis Pro. Once a year the treasurer will report gaming transactions with the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission.

This position is best suited for someone who is detail oriented and gets satisfaction from keeping an organized system running. Greenfield has no skeletons in the closet, our books are up to date, past records have been kept for ease of future transactions and there is an instruction manual that explains how to do every task. There is no accounting background required as the past Treasurer is happy to explain how to keep the books in Quickbooks. In the summer months, it can be up to 10hours/week and in the winter the position requires about 2-3 hours per week.
