Rental Rates

Greenfield Hall Rentals
​- Maximum Capacity is 109
- Minimum rental of 4 hours
- ​All rentals are required to purchase Special Event Liability Insurance and a Liquor License (if serving or selling)
- Exit time is 1:00 am on Friday and Saturday and 10:00 pm - Sunday-Thursday
- ​Rental of Hall includes use of kitchen, tables and chairs and sound system
- Meeting Room rental is a separate rental from the hall
- Hall custodian fees are $150 ($180 if renting Meeting Room with main hall)

​ Rental Requirements:

1. Hold that Date Deposit cash ($100.00) and the signed Rental Agreement– 5 days from rental confirmation email
2. Damage Deposit cash ($500.00)– 2 weeks prior to rental
3. Special Events Liability Insurance - 2 weeks prior to rental
4. Liquor License (if serving or selling alcohol) - 2 weeks prior to rental
5. Payment in full - 2 weeks prior to rental
6. Custodian fees to be e-transferred - 1 week prior to rental
