Petrolia Seniors Group (55+) invites seniors in Greenfield and surrounding neighbourhoods to attend a social outing the third Tuesday of each month (except July or August) to enjoy a tasty buffet lunch and an educational or entertaining program Occasionally, a field trip or other activity is offered.

It is ideal for seniors who are looking to improve mobility, range of motion and balance. Standing and Chair work, bring a yoga mat and water to drink.

This is a full body workout that focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility and relieving chronic aches, pains and joint stiffness. Reawaken the power of your 650 muscles while slowly building strength in your body. Standing and Floor work (on side and back only), bring a yoga mat and water to drink.
